Meet our Speaker:

Alvaro Marcias, Vice President, Community Development, Ascentra Credit Union
Alvaro is the Vice President of Community Development at Ascentra Credit Union, where he works with area businesses and organizations to provide free Financial Wellness solutions for staff, clients and students. There, he also leads grand funded initiatives and community development outreach efforts. Alvaro holds two industry certifications including the Credit Union Business Development Professional (CUBDP) and the Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) designations.
