2020 Quad Cities Chamber Annual Golf Outing presented by Total Solutions
Wednesday, September 2 | Palmer Hills Golf Course

Tee times: 6 a.m. - 2 p.m.


The Quad Cities Chamber is excited to host our 2020 Golf Outing and has modified the event to ensure the health and safety of our event attendees, sponsors and staff. Enjoy a great day of golf while supporting the Quad Cities Chamber!
 
NEW FORMAT!
  • Golf teams will be assigned tee times (register your team, and Chamber staff will contact you with available tee times)
  • Teams will tee off every 10 minutes from 6 a.m. - 2 p.m.

 

Cost: $150 per golfer | $600 for foursome
 
Golfer registration includes:
  • Green fees
  • Cart rental
  • Breakfast | lunch
  • Two drink tickets (good for any beverages at the clubhouse or beverage carts)
  • Golfer giveaways

We are very excited to host our golf outing and will be following state guidelines along with the protocols for the event venue. We ask that attendees follow these guidelines.
 
GOLF FORMAT
  • The Golf Outing will be held completely outdoors.
  • To remove the crowd gathering common with shotgun starts, this year golf teams will be formatted with assigned tee times.
  • Teams will tee off every 10 minutes 6 a.m. ? 2 p.m.
  • Teams are limited to four individuals.
  • Golfers should arrive 20 minutes before your designated tee time and leave no more than 20 minutes after your game has concluded.
  • There will be no after party. Winners will be notified the following day.
 
CARTS
  • Two carts per team. Individual carts may be requested in advance.
  • Driver and passenger(s) of carts should assign placement to remain consistent throughout the game. Driver to remain driver; passenger to remain passenger on same cart.
  • Carts will be thoroughly sanitized between rounds.
 
GAMES ON THE COURSE
  • Event sponsors will not be present on the course at this year?s event, however they are still providing all golfers with giveaways and company promotional items. We encourage all golfers to support our member businesses who are making this event possible.
 
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
  • To continue the limiting of crowd gathering, individual boxed meals will be served.
  • Breakfast will be available between 6 - 10 a.m.
  • Thunder Bay Grille lunch will be available between 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
  • There will be no after party.
  • Beverage carts and stations will be open as planned.
 
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS + ENHANCED SANITATION MEASURES
  • Stay home if you're sick.
  • Registration will be limited contact with 6 ft. social distancing.
  • Attendees are strongly encouraged to wear masks, particularly when 6 ft. social distancing cannot be maintained.
  • Chamber staff and volunteers will wear masks while working the event.
  • Handshaking is discouraged. We recommend air-fives and elbow bumps.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available at every hole and at registration.
  • The lobby bathrooms in the clubhouse will be open but limited to number of people at one time.
  • Palmer Hills Golf Club and Chamber staff will conduct extra sanitizing of restrooms, touch points, and public spaces throughout the day.
  • Open-lid waste bins will be placed throughout the course.
