Armed with headliner Dr. Dog, a psych rock band from Philadelphia, Alternating Currents is slated to return for its second year on Aug. 23-26 and will feature music, film, comedy and arts events at multiple indoor and outdoor venues in downtown Davenport. Alternating Currents is more than just your average music festival. Not only will you be experiencing some stellar tunes, but you’ll be able to dive into arts that don’t stereo-typically get their own festivals.
