Building Effective Teams
Description
Through exploration of the theory and practice of team development within organizations, participants gain an understanding of how and when to develop high-performance teams. Special emphasis will be on developing the knowledge, skills and abilities to facilitate teams. A connection will be drawn between team building, communication and leadership. This workshop will examine issues and develop strategies for team building within your organization.
