DC Fly-In 2018

You’re invited to be a part of the Quad Cities delegation traveling to Washington, D.C. March 21 - 23 to advocate for issues of importance to our region.

Over the course of three days, guests will meet with all six members of the Quad Cities congressional delegation, attend a formal reception with elected officials, and meet with leadership from the U.S. Department of Commerce/Economic Development Administration, U.S. Department of Transportation, and the Pentagon.

As our elected officials develop policy at the federal level, this is a chance to convey, as a region, how their policies will impact local businesses and our community.

In addition to these important advocacy meetings, guests will also have the opportunity for sightseeing expeditions and additional networking with local colleagues during the evening. 

This price is only guaranteed to the first 30 reservations. Reservations needed by February 26 before rooms are released. 

Please arrive at the hotel by noon on March 21. Meetings will be done by Noon on March 23.

The package includes:
- Hotel accommodations for two nights at the Hyatt Regency Hotel on Capital Hill, 400 New Jersey Ave. NW, Washington, DC
- Formal reception Wednesday evening with executive and congressional leaders
- Transportation around D.C.
- Evening reception on Thursday, March 22, with the Belgium Ambassador, Dirk Wouters. Heavy hors d'oeuvres served
 

PLEASE NOTE: Individuals will be expected to make their own flight arrangements for this trip. Please arrive at the hotel by noon on March 21. Meetings will begin early afternoon.
