Description
Every person constantly makes decisions. Some are minor, some are modest but important because they are repetitive, and some are major with unique characteristics and critical consequences. Clearly it is important that all decisions be made consistently well. This course explores the major theories, concepts and practices of good decision-making. We will look at the basic models of how to make decisions more effectively and a variety of proven techniques for improving decisions.
