You can earn one for your resume with our upcoming online training series: Leadership: Beyond Management The six-course series is specifically tailored to managers looking to improve their leadership capability. The cohort-based program provides proven skills immediately applicable on the job, using both academic theory and skill-based training. Series facilitator Dr. Randy Richards delivers years of experience teaching, coaching and consulting on leadership practices.
