Mark your calendars for the annual Flowers on the River event. Please join Family Resources’ Engaging Males program and the Elephant Club to honor local victims who have lost their lives to domestic violence. This year's event will take place on Thursday, June 13, 2019 from 5pm-6pm at Jetty Park. Jetty Park is located behind the Isle Casino Hotel, 1777 Isle Parkway, Bettendorf.
