Groundbreaking - Bettendorf Community School District

Description

Bettendorf Community School District will hold a groundbreaking to celebrate the Middle School New Classroom Wing on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 1:30 PM.  The groundbreaking will take place at 2030 Middle Rd, Spruce Hills side of building, back of school nearest to Cumberland Square.  Park in the 18^th Street lot and walk around to Spruce Hills side of building – or – in Cumberland Square near Spruce Hills and walk across the street.
 
Groundbreaking for new school wing adding 12 new classrooms and the kick off of a 5 year, 5-phase renovation of Bettendorf Middle Schools estimated at $33.7M. In addition to the new classroom wing the project will enhance learning spaces and replace the 1962 and 1964 sections in the center of the building.
