Y&J Properties will host a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, October 25 at 10:30am to mark the start of the construction of Gordon-Van Tine Lofts, 113 new market rate apartments in Davenport. Amenities include visitor/guest suites, a dog park, and a rooftop swimming pool with amazing views of the Mississippi River. Isobel Bloom is the "anchor tenant" and there are several existing commercial tenants with more commercial space being developed.
Shive-Hattery is the architect and Estes Construction is the construction manager for the Van Tine Lofts project.
