Lunch & Learn Event: Downtown Davenport & QC Rental Housing Market Assessment

Interested in learning more about the growing downtown Davenport and Quad Cities rental housing market?  The Downtown Davenport Partnership is hosting a Lunch & Learn meeting with DiSalvo Development Advisors (DDA) highlighting a recently completed regional rental housing market study.  DDA president Pete DiSalvo will discuss how this data is expected to affect downtown Davenport occupancy rates, projected housing demand, owner-occupied housing, rent per-square-foot, and key amenities.  The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session and lunch will be provided.   
 
Ohio-based DDA is a real estate consultancy firm providing market research analysis, strategic planning, and development consultation on a wide range of real estate issues. Pete DiSalvo has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate consulting industry, worked in 46 states, and helped produce the Downtown Davenport 10 Year Strategic Action Plan in 2013.
