Eastern Iowa Community Colleges’ is proud to provide its servicing areas with high-quality education and training that prepares a skilled workforce.
Starting Thursday, November 11, 2021, the college is offering a short-term, affordable solution for managers looking to add a new skill to their resume. The course, “Leadership: Conflict to Collaboration,” explores how to change work relationships and interactions from conflict-ridden, to collaborative.
The training series includes four modules, taking place in-person at the Scott Community College Urban Campus, 101 W 3rd St., Davenport. The course costs $645 per student and includes all workshop materials.
Those who complete the modules will earn a microcredential. A Microcredential is a mini-certification that focuses on a specific skill. This earned skill is recognized with a digital badge, allowing graduates to showcase the image on their resume or professional online profile(s).
