Davenport Community Schools, The J.B. Opportunity Center, 1702 N. Main St. Davenport, IA 52803, will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, October 24 at 10:00am to celebrate their grand opening.
An open house will follow until 12pm.
