Description
The East Moline Public Library will host a ribbon cutting on Monday, September 12, 2022 at 4:00 pm. They will be celebrating their new location at 745 – 16th Avenue, next to Runner’s Park. Mayor Reggie Freeman, Congresswoman Cheri Bustos and Illinois State Representative Mike Halpin will speak at the event. A reception will follow.
