Ranew’s Companies will host a ribbon cutting to celebrate their expansion on Tuesday, June 18 at 10:30am.  Ranew’s Companies is located at 8360 Research Dr in Davenport, IA
 
The company fabricates, paints, and assembles parts for ag and construction clients.  This is a new facility in Davenport.  They have other locations in East Moline, Waterloo, and Georgia.  Headquarters is located in Milner, GA.
 
Ranew’s has been proudly serving its customers for over four decades.  It all began in 1981 when Lester Ranew opened a small, one bay, paint and body shop in Sunnyside, Georgia. He had a few simple goals in mind: work hard, treat people right, and make an honest living.  Lester soon realized that his customers needed more than just paint and body work. As a result, he began delivering “Product Solutions.” If a customer had an idea, or a product, that required fabrication, assembly, or painting, Ranew’s could help. The “Product Solutions” concept, along with a true commitment to customer satisfaction, provided Ranew’s with many new business opportunities. These new opportunities could be achieved with larger shops and more acreage; therefore, a decision was made to relocate fifteen miles south to Milner, Georgia.  Today, Ranew’s headquarters stands on the original two-acre track acquired for the move to Milner. In addition, the surrounding 30+ acres were obtained and is now the home of multiple manufacturing and coating divisions, 200+ dedicated employees, and a customer base which includes local, state, national and international companies.  Over the years, Ranew’s has expanded to a total of 11 plants with over 750 loyal employees... all focused on exceeding our customers expectations.
