Two Rivers YMCA will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, August 13 at 12pm to kick off their new nutrition program, Nourish. The ribbon cutting will take place at their Rock Island Program office located at 630 9th St. Rock Island, IL 61201 (Martin Luther King Jr. Center).
About Nourish – Youth Nourish Collaboration:
With the input and support of community leaders, collaborating organizations, and key funders, the Two Rivers Y is leading an effort to address food insecurity among youth and ensuring it is done with only the highest regard for improving the health of our children with particular attention given to nutritional quality.
