Small Business Series: Growth Wheel Workshop - Part Two : Organization

Growth Wheel is a new resource available to help Chamber members grow their business. This four-part, interactive program helps businesses grow through a simple, action-oriented process. The four parts to Growth Wheel are: Customer Relations, Organization, Business Concept and Operations.

During the second session focused on organization, attendees will identify the top three to four items related organizational structure, business alliances, and value chain that are keep their business from growing to the next level. Through interactive coaching, attendees will then develop actionable strategies to implement within their businesses.

Growth Wheel is a new service offered in partnership between the Small Business Development Center, Small Business Administration, Quad Cities Chamber, Eastern Iowa Community Colleges and Western Illinois University – Quad Cities.
