Please join Mikkie R. Schiltz from Lane & Waterman as she addresses questions around employers' responsibilities when it comes to encouraging, or even mandating, employee vaccination. Is a mandate even possible? What about reasonable accommodations? How do we navigate a situation that is updating in real-time, and do so in a way that protects your employees, your customers and the long-term health of your business?

Takeaways include:

  • Can employers mandate vaccines for employees?
  • Can employers require employees to provide evidence of vaccination?
  • What accommodations must be made for employees?
Time will be available for a Q&A session. Please forward your questions in advance to Terri Smith at tsmith@quadcitieschamber.com.
