Description
Our project management curriculum is designed to provide a scalable project management system for managing projects of all shapes and sizes. The certificate includes elements such as project initiation, scope, management of stakeholders, quality, resources, risk, schedule, cost, negotiations, communication, leadership and conflict. Cohort meets virtually (synchronously) on Wednesdays from 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm. 2021 - Jan. 6, 13, 20, 27; Feb. 3, 10, 17, 24. Includes course materials and 35 PDUs.
