Heather Larsen, Health Coach is the Health Coach at NutritionWorks Holistic Health. She is also a yoga teacher at One Tree Hot Yoga. Join her at Five Star Salon Spa for a 45 minute yoga session and a 15 minute "Ask the Health Coach" Q & A session.
At this event, you will experience a healing yoga session and learn whys and hows of a holistic lifestyle. You can also learn more about a health coach and how they can help you reach your lifestyle goals.
