Chamber President & CEO Paul Rumler has his dream job, and he landed it as a young professional. What is your dream job and what steps can you take to get there? During a facilitated conversation, Paul will talk about his career, lessons learned along the way, advice for other young professionals, and his vision for the future of the Quad Cities region.
 
Prior to his role as President & CEO of the Quad Cities Chamber, Paul was the Chief Strategy Officer of the Grand Rapids Chamber. Before that, he was with the Quad Cities Chamber and preceding organizations since 2006, serving in roles ranging from talent attraction and retention, community development, public policy, and economic development. He was heavily involved in initiatives including the Quad Cities Manufacturing Innovation Hub, Q2030, regional economic development, Chicago to Quad Cities Passenger Rail, and the redevelopment planning of SouthPark Mall. In 2015, he was recognized as a “40 Under 40 Leader in Economic Development” Development Counsellors International.
