We are seeking an entry-level full-time Organizational Development Specialist to support the processing, coordination, and delivery of training programs, employee rewards, and company policies that promote a stronger, more effective workplace. This individual will be detail oriented and highly organized as they will support functions across payroll, human resources, talent sourcing, training and development for the Team of Companies.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external partners. This position reports to our Senior Human Resources Generalist.
