What You’ll Do:
• Own the social media and advertising portfolio of the agency. It’ll be your show!
• Develop and execute social media and digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube
• Identify target audiences and develop strategies to engage and meet (and exceed) conversion goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging platforms to keep our clients at the head of the pack.
• Create engaging and compelling content for social media, including writing and scheduling content
• Collaborate and manage our advertising partners
• Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
• Stay informed on algorithm changes and advertising policies to ensure that our campaigns are optimized for best performance
• Provide reporting and insights that we will share with the client, highlighting key metrics and campaign performance
• Huge bonus points for candidates who are comfortable using the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
What You’ll Need:
• 5-7 years of advertising/marketing or ad agency experience working in social media and advertising
• Top notch organization and multitasking skills.
• Strong knowledge of major social media and advertising tools.
• Proven track record of planning, executing, and scaling social media and digital advertising campaigns
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving and analytic skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Google and Analytics and social media analytic platforms
• Up-to-date knowledge on industry trends and best practices
