About Us
We are a hospice provider and we work with patients that have terminal diagnoses, typically six months or less. We utilize the team approach including Physicians, Nurse Practitioner, RNs, LPNs, home health aides, social worker, chaplain and volunteers. The goal is to have a team approach when treating our patients and families. We feel hospice is the beginning of extending quality of life, when cure is no longer an option.
