With over 16 years of mortgage industry experience, Devontae Brooks brings deep lending knowledge and a client-first approach to every transaction. Over the past 8 years, he has helped more than 1,000 families achieve homeownership. Devontae began his career as a Mortgage Underwriter and later served as a Regional Lending Manager, building a strong foundation in credit, lending, and complex loan scenarios. He became a loan officer to work directly with families and make the homebuying process clear, comfortable, and stress-free.

A proud Northern Illinois University graduate with a BS in Finance and an MBA, Devontae also draws from his background as a collegiate athlete, bringing teamwork, discipline, and perseverance to his business. Originally from the Quad Cities, he now splits his time between Chicagoland and the Quad Cities
