Ultio Crati (UC) is a small Hispanic-owned, HUBZone-certified apparel manufacturer based in Chicago, IL since our founding in 2017. Beyond manufacturing, UC is the creator of MPASS—the Marketplace for Acquisition of Strategic Supply—an innovative platform built to simplify and streamline federal procurement for Government Purchase Cardholders (GPCs). By connecting institutional and government buyers directly with small, American-based manufacturers and distributors, UC is helping non-traditional defense/government contractors enter the defense industrial base with “reportable” transactions. From essentials like nitrile gloves and notepads to coffee, apparel, and frozen food, MPASS offers a growing catalog of strategic supplies. UC is committed to strengthening the defense industrial base by bringing the manufacturers our country needs to the forefront.
