We, the undersigned, apply for membership at the Quad Cities Chamber, a not for profit organization, and will pay membership investment for its support as set forth. Our membership may be cancelled at any time upon written notice to the Quad Cities Chamber, or by action of the Quad Cities Chamber’s Board of Directors. We agree that we will honor all obligations incurred prior to canceling our membership. We understand that the Quad Cities Chamber reserves the right to deny or cancel membership of any organization whose goals and purposes are in conflict with the interests of the Chamber or its subsidiaries. Annual investment is payable in advance and is not refundable, even in the event of resignation. Reoccurring payments are electronic (ACH) and can be set up through the Member Information Center (MIC). Members more than three (3) months in arrears are considered delinquent and may be referred to an outside organization for collection of annual investment
